	Minimum Volume	15 mL (18 mL if FISH requested)
	Remarks	Sterile, non-toxic tube (15mL Corning preferred). Transfer contents of syringe to sterile tubes as soon as possible.
	Notes	A completed test requisition must accompany specimen. Additional metaphase and/or interphase FISH analysis can be performed as appropriate. (Call Lab for CPT codes) Note: Order Entry is not permitted.
