	Remarks	Voided/Cath. Urine: 50mL with preservative. Bladder/Ureter Wash: 50mL with preservative. Processed Urine/Wash: Urine Pellet in ThinPrep PreservCyt collection vial (Cytology labs). Cytology Slide: PAP stained ThinPrep or UroCyte slide. Tissue Block: Formalin Fixed Paraffin embedded tissue block. Tissue Slides: 3 charged slides with 5 micron sections and 1 H&E slide.
