	Notes	Order specific testing if pharyngeal gonorrhea, diphtheria, or other pathogen suspected. Throat specimens processed for Group A Streptococcus and other Beta hemolytic Streptococcus not Group A. Nasal specimens processed for Group A Streptococcus and S. aureus only. Nasopharyngeal specimens processed for Group A Streptococcus, Strep. pneumoniae, S. aureus, and Haemophilus influenzae. Separate charges for each organism ID and each susceptibility test.
