	Also Acceptable	Pink (K2 EDTA)
	Transport	Refrigerated same day; Must be delivered light protected to the lab same day of collection. If not same day it must be frozen see notes below prior to freezing.
	Minimum Volume	1.0 mL Whole Blood
	Remarks	If sample will not be transported to performing lab on the same day as collected, perform a Hematocrit then mix the sample well and pour into an amber transport tube and freeze the sample. If no amber tubes are available please light protect the tube with foil etc. Please send in the Hematocrit value with the sample as it is required for testing.
	Notes	Separate specimens must be submitted when multiple tests are ordered.
