(Crown-Rump length (CRL) must be between 4.2-7.9 cm).If an NT is unobtainable, order Maternal Serum Integrated Screen, which can be interpreted without an NT values
	Notes	ALERT: This test requires a nuchal translucency (NT) measurement that has been performed by a certified ultrasonographer, approved by UMASSMemorial Labs prior to sending samples. Includes PAPP-A and Total HCG. This test does not screen for ONTD (Open Neural tube defects). MSAFP test is recommended in 2nd trimester to screen for ONTD
